 Many billing companies base their prices on a flat rate for each claim sent plus a percentage of the charge. These prices are not dependant on the amount that is paid by the insurance company/patient, so providers potentially pay for billing that yields no payment. This leaves no incentive for following up on unpaid claims. In contrast, our rates are based on a percentage of money that comes in from the insurance company and the patient. Putting the burden of ensuring income on our shoulders will make us work harder for you.  Physician's Choice utilizes the most advanced, up-to-date billing software available. It is HIPAA compliant to ensure absolute confidentiality of your patients' information. Our clients have the capability to sign on to our secure server via the internet to obtain access to information in their account. The information available to them includes patient ledgers, patient charges, and nearly three hundred different reports such as aged accounts receivable, a monthly deposit summary, and a procedure analysis report. Our intent is to work in partnership with our clients, not keep them in the dark about their accounts.
 Our ability to send claims electronically (available for most insurances) greatly reduces the time it takes to receive payment on a claim. Most claims billed electronically are paid within 10 to 15 days. The quick response of electronic billing also greatly reduces the period of time necessary for appealing denials, which translates into fewer provider write-offs due to untimely filing issues and more income for your practice.
