Physician's Choice was founded in 1998.

Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We guarantee HIPAA compliant software and adhere strictly
to confidentiality. Our staff has quarterly meetings to
discuss the importance of HIPAA, and the fast-changing health
industry. We have a zero tolerance policy
for any breach of confidentiality.

What is your employee turn-over rate?
Our turn-over rate is next to zero. We have a very successful
record of employee longevity, which means that you will be
dealing with one person who knows your account thoroughly.

Is it possible for me to access my account by computer?
Yes. You can access your account at any time from anywhere
via the internet. You will be able to see your account as
we see it and have the capability to generate any of nearly
three hundred different reports to help keep you up-to-date
on the status of your business.

How do you deal with outstanding balances?
Each account manager is responsible for researching insurance
denials and outstanding patient balances. Accounts are thoroughly
researched each month increasing reimbursement rates and decreasing
accounts receivable.

How will my claims be submitted?
Claims are submitted electronically and by paper. Electronic
claim submission depends on the insurance company's capability
of supporting this feature.

Is there a charge for each claim sent?
No. Our fees are based on a percentage of money paid by the
insurance companies and patients. We only make money when
you make money.

If I have questions about my account , who do I contact?
Your account will be assigned to one account manager who will
oversee it from start to finish. This way, your questions
will be answered by someone who knows your account through
experience, not by someone who only works with it occasionally.
If more serious concerns arise, the owners are always available.

How do my patient demographics, charges and payments get to your office?
For local providers in the Spokane area, a courier is available.
For out-of-state clients Physician's Choice will have the
information Federal Expressed. Information is posted within
48 hours of receipt. Claims, both electronic and paper, will
be sent within that same time frame.

Do my payments go directly to you?
This depends on what is most convenient for you. We have the
capability to receive and deposit your payments, provided
your bank is in our area.

We are a member of the American Medical Billing Association
and the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce
