After over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, including several years in the medical insurance industry, Ann became frustrated with ineffective billing practices which resulted in reduced revenues for providers. The increasing complexity of medical insurance often causes much frustration to both doctors and patients, and Ann envisioned a business that would solve this problem.

As President, Ann is dedicated to maximizing physicians' reimbursements through up-to-date technology, extensive knowledge of current billing practices, and outstanding customer service.

After spending nearly twenty-five years working for a large corporation, Bob, along with his wife Ann, decided to start a unique small business dedicated to making a positive difference in the health care industry. Since its inception, Physician’s Choice has grown to a full-time business employing seven billing specialists. Bob's exceptional problem-solving skills have enabled him to successfully implement many technological advances, such as electronic billing and working with the programmers of our billing software to make it even more effective.
